Need Help Studying for AP Tests & Finals?

Is your idea of studying staring blankly at your page of notes? Do you procrastinate your studying? Do you have test anxiety? Come see Ms. Reynolds in the RWC (Rm 147). You can learn some studying tips and strategies or even just get help studying for your exams. Bring materials for whatever subject you plan to study for and Ms. Reynolds will guide you through studying for your exam. Get Ready to Rock your Exams!

Scholarship Recognition at Honors Convocation

Attention Seniors: If you have been awarded a local scholarship and would like to receive recognition at the Honors Convocation on May 8th, please bring a copy of your award letter to the Student Services Office by Monday, April 30th. Any questions please see Mrs. Stephens in Student Services.

Summer Reading is here! “Against All Odds!”

The people in the summer reading books (both true and not) are staring adversity up close and personally! From Diane Guerrero’s true story of her parents being taken away and deported back to their home country to “When Dimple met Rishi,” the fictional story of Dimple trying to avoid her culture’s and parent’s norms of a traditional arranged marriage. There’s something for everyone… so come and get your Summer Read in the Media Center!

Senior Luncheon Tickets On Sale This Week

Attention All Seniors: Do you want to find out who won for Best Hair, Most Talented Performing Arts, and Class Clown? Find out at the Senior Luncheon on May 18th. Tickets are on sale in the Main Office until Friday May 4th. Tickets are $19 and payment must be cash. No tickets will be sold at the door. Any questions please see Mrs. Andel in P.E. or Mrs. Stephens in Student Services.

Summer Camp Physicals for the Class of 2022

If your child will be participating in a summer camp, please make sure that a copy of their current physical (within the last 13 months) is on file with the Hoffman Estates Nurse no later than May 25th. We will not be receiving the junior high health files in time for them to be reviewed before the sports camp begin on June 4th. If they do not have a current physical at Hoffman Estates they will not be allowed to participate in their camp until we receive it and it is reviewed.
